At Anthology together, the company introduced Anthology Intelligent Experiences (iX). This is the company’s vision for a connected ecosystem of products and services that use data to power meaningful interactions both in and outside the classroom.

Anthology also revealed that more than 200 higher education institutions, K-12 school districts, and business and government organizations had deepened their partnerships with Anthology since the company merged with Blackboard last October. Anthology also saw increased momentum of Blackboard Learn Ultra following the acquisition. It has seen a 46% increase in the number of courses designed using Blackboard Learn Ultra and a 30% increase in the number of institutions deploying Learn Ultra courses year over year.

Financial Reports

Docuware published results for the financial year ending March 31, 2022. Revenue increased by 24.7% from April 2021 to March 2022, while new customer growth for the same period has increased by 34.8%, accounting for over 3,113 new customers.

Cloud revenue has grown by 50.5%, with On-Premises revenue increasing by 11.2%. Dr Michael Berger, DocuWare President, said: “Over the last 2 years, we’ve seen an overall growth of 33% in customers from this [APAC] region. Cloud momentum is building and enterprises of all sizes are leveraging intelligent technologies to automate processes. We want to provide our customers with the digital tools and cloud capabilities they need in a competitive business environment.”

Experian issued a trading update for Q1 fiscal 2023. Brian Cassin, Chief Executive Officer, commented: “We grew strongly in Q1, in line with our expectations, underpinned by our portfolio diversity and growth initiatives. Total revenue growth was 7% at actual exchange rates and 9% at constant exchange rates.

“Organic revenue growth was 8%. Our expectations for the full year are unchanged. We expect organic revenue growth in the range of 7-9%, total revenue growth in the range of 8-10% and modest margin accretion, all at constant exchange rates.”
