The Gartner Magic Quadrant report, which is released annually, identifies vendors in various technology markets. For its CLM report, Gartner evaluates CLM system providers, based on their products and services, as well as their innovation and customer service. And we believe that ContractPodAi is recognized as a Visionary once more because of our ability to execute and completeness of vision.

Leveraging AI-driven Contract Lifecycle Management

The sheer volume, velocity, and complexity of contracts make it challenging to manage the legal lifecycle of the business. They demand transformational technologies, like artificial intelligence and automation, that make it easy to create, store, access, and analyze contract data; alert users to potential compliance issues, and help companies adhere to legal and regulatory requirements. As a result, legal digital transformation is happening at a rather fast pace. To support digital transformation projects, senior leadership will increase legal technology spending threefold — up to 12 percent of the legal department budget — by 2025, according to Gartner. This will also reduce lawyer’s manual, mundane work, along with human errors. This will allow them to focus on higher-level, strategic activities and even learn brand new skills.

As software that is “built by lawyers, for lawyers,” ContractPodAi has long been deployed for contract management by medium- and large-sized companies. In April 2021, we launched ContractPodAi Cloud, expanding our legal tech solution beyond contract management. Our latest platform not only facilitates contracting and legal intake, but also streamlines all other legal processes and functions. It comes with ‘no-code’ tools to help users build custom applications and solve new use cases as they emerge. It offers a library of integrations to connect legal to the rest of the business. By 2025, legal departments will increase their spend on legal technology threefold

We believe that all of the above helps to deliver enterprise-wide impact and true legal digital transformation, making ContractPodAi recognized in the Gartner Visionary Quadrant. In such a quickly evolving legal tech industry

In addition, we view our client relationships as partnerships. From our software development right down to our product pricing, we focus on providing the best possible business outcomes to organizations. And our One Legal Platform exemplifies this commitment, not to mention our evolving vision and continued innovation. We thank our customers, partners, and all those who use ContractPodAi Cloud; our software is only made better by your ongoing support and feedback.
